The basics
When and where is the summit?
21 to 23 April 2027, at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre in Nairobi. See the venue page.
Who organises the summit?
Orbitline Events & Ushers Ltd, in partnership with the Tea Board of Kenya.
What language is the summit in?
This website is published in English and Chinese. Interpretation arrangements at the summit are to be announced.
Registering
How much does it cost to attend?
Fees are to be announced. Registering your interest now carries no charge.
Can an organisation exhibit and attend as a delegate?
Yes. Tick Exhibitor at registration, and select the category that describes the organisation. They are separate questions.
What happens after I register?
Registration confirms by email. When the delegate portal opens you sign in with that address to update details, book a stand, request B2B meetings and download documents.
The expo
Is the expo on all three days?
The International Tea & Technology Expo runs on Day 3, Friday 23 April, in a tent on the KICC grounds.
How many stands are there?
146 across two halls. Sizes and rates are to be announced, and the layout is subject to change before stands go on sale. See stands and rates.
When does stand booking open?
Once rates are confirmed. Register as an exhibitor and the Secretariat makes contact. Booking happens in the exhibitor portal, where exhibitors select a stand from a plan and hold it while the Secretariat confirms.
Getting here
Does Kenya require a visa?
Most visitors need an Electronic Travel Authorisation before departure. Apply at etakenya.go.ke and confirm with the Kenyan embassy covering the country of departure. See travel and visas.
Are invitation letters available?
Yes. Register, then email support@kenyachinateasummit.com with passport details and organisation.
Is there a summit hotel block?
Hotel rates and booking codes are to be announced.
