When and where is it?
21–23 April 2027, in Nairobi, Kenya. The specific venue is not confirmed — see Venue.
Are the dates final?
Yes. The dates and the city are confirmed by the secretariat and are safe to book flights against.
Registering
What does registering actually do right now?
It records your interest and the category you fall into, and it puts you on the list that receives fees, venue and programme details before they are published. It is not a ticket and it does not hold a place.
How much does it cost?
Fees have not been set. When anyone quotes you a price for this summit, check it came from the secretariat.
Which category do I choose?
Delegate to attend the forums and expo; Exhibitor to take a stand; Sponsor for partnership; Government if attending in an official capacity; Media for accreditation; Student at student rate. If two fit, pick the one closest to your reason for coming and say so in the message field.
Can I change category later?
Yes. Nothing is binding at this stage.
The programme
Who is speaking?
No speakers are confirmed yet. The call for speakers is open.
Is there a detailed agenda?
The three day-level themes are confirmed and on the programme page. Session times, rooms and tracks are still being assembled.
What language will sessions be in?
Not yet confirmed. Given the audience, interpretation arrangements are something the secretariat is working through.
Exhibiting and partnership
What does a stand cost?
Not set. Stand sizes, rates and fit-out rules are issued to registered exhibitors first. See Exhibition.
Are any sponsorship tiers taken?
No. All five are unallocated.
Practicalities
Do I need a visa?
Kenya operates an electronic travel authorisation for most visitors. Check the official source at etakenya.go.ke and your own government's advice. If you need an invitation letter, register and ask.
Is there a summit hotel?
The secretariat is arranging accommodation for delegations, but no hotel block or partner is confirmed. Holding off on non-refundable bookings until the venue is announced is the safe move.
Will sessions be recorded or streamed?
Not decided.

Why do so many pages say "to be entered"?
Because those things are genuinely not decided, and inventing them would mean retracting them later. Anything stated on this site is either confirmed by the secretariat or sourced and dated.
