Getting to Nairobi
General guidance while the summit's own arrangements are confirmed. Check everything against the official source before you book.
What the secretariat is arranging
The summit is coordinating delegation services rather than leaving every attendee to arrange their own:
- Flight booking
- Hotel reservations
- Tea plantation tours
- Safaris
- Tourism experiences
Rates, partners and how to book are issued to registered delegates once contracted. Nothing on this page is a booking, and no hotel or airline partnership is announced yet.
Arriving in Kenya
- Main airport
- Jomo Kenyatta International (NBO), Nairobi
- Entry authorisation
- Kenya operates an electronic travel authorisation for most visitors
- Official source
- etakenya.go.ke
- Summit hotel block
- to be entered
- Airport transfers
- to be entered
Verify before you book
Entry requirements, health requirements and processing times change, and this page is not the authority on them. Check the official Kenyan government source above and your own country's travel advice close to the date. If your organisation needs an invitation letter for a visa application, register your interest and ask the secretariat.
Beyond the summit
Kenya's tea-growing highlands are a few hours from Nairobi, and the secretariat is arranging plantation tours as well as safari extensions for delegations that want to stay on. Details go out with the delegate pack.
Register your interest
Six categories, from delegate to exhibitor. Fees and deadlines are published once the secretariat confirms them.
