Terms of use

The short version — this site is information, not a contract.

Last updated 2026.

What this site is

An information and expression-of-interest site for the Kenya-China Tea Summit 2027, published by Orbitline Events & Ushers Ltd on behalf of the Kenya-China Tea Summit Secretariat.

Registration of interest is not a booking

Submitting the registration form records your interest. It does not create a contract, reserve a place, guarantee admission, or oblige you to attend or to pay anything. No fees have been set and this site processes no payments. A binding registration process will be published separately when it exists.

Accuracy and change

Summit details are published as the secretariat confirms them and may change. Fields marked "to be entered" are genuinely undecided. Third-party trade figures quoted on this site are attributed and dated; they are the publisher's reporting, not the summit's claims, and are not warranted by the summit.

Third-party links

Links to other sites are provided for convenience. The summit does not control them and is not responsible for their content.

Intellectual property

The summit name, logo and site content belong to Orbitline Events & Ushers Ltd. The logo may be used in editorial coverage of the summit, but not in any way implying partnership or endorsement. See Media & press.

Acceptable use

Do not use the forms to send unsolicited commercial messages, attempt to disrupt the service, or submit anyone else's personal details without their knowledge.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, the summit and its organiser are not liable for loss arising from reliance on information published here while details remain unconfirmed. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
