2 · 22 April 2027	Investment Forum, Innovation Conference and B2B Matchmaking Financing, equipment, technology and structured meetings between relevant buyers, suppliers and partners.
3 · 23 April 2027	International Tea & Technology Expo, Cultural Exchange and Closing Ceremony Tea products, processing solutions, agricultural technologies and logistics services, alongside cultural programming and the summit close.

Day one: Opening ceremony and Trade Forum

Day one sets the commercial context for the summit and examines what it takes to grow tea trade between Kenya and China.

Proposed areas of discussion include:

• The current Kenya-China tea market
• Chinese consumer and buyer preferences
• Product positioning for black, green, orthodox, specialty and purple tea
• Quality, food-safety, traceability and certification requirements
• Export documentation, logistics and routes to market
• Direct sales, distribution and commercial partnerships
• The role of government and trade-promotion institutions
