Registration of interest is open for the Kenya-China Tea Summit, 21–23 April 2027 at KICC in Nairobi.

What the form asks

Name, email, mobile number with country code, organisation, job title, country and category. Everything else is optional.

There are nine categories, and they describe what an organisation is rather than what it wants: government and institutional delegates, tea producers and processors, end-user brands, traders and merchants, machinery and packaging suppliers, investors and financial institutions, media, academic and research institutions, and a general observer category.

Exhibiting and partnering are separate tick-boxes. That separation is deliberate. A tea producer can also want a stand, and the previous single list forced people to choose between describing themselves and describing what they were after.

What happens to it

The Secretariat holds your details to contact you about the summit. They are shared with official event partners only where registration and logistics require it, and never sold. To review, correct or delete your information, email info@kenyachinateasummit.com.

The delegate portal

The portal opens later this year. Registered delegates sign in with the email address they registered with, and from there update their details, book a stand if exhibiting, request B2B meetings and download documents.

The timetable

Registration fees, what each category includes and the registration deadline are still being set. So are stand sizes and rates, hotel rates, and the speaker programme. Each is published here and emailed to registered delegates as it is confirmed.

Stand booking is the one with a hard deadline attached: exhibitors commit early, so the interactive floor plan is the priority for the portal.
