Status
The speaker programme is being assembled. This page will list confirmed speakers with their sessions once the secretariat has them. Until then, no names appear here — including names that have been approached.
What the programme is looking for
The summit runs three thematic days, and proposals are read against them.
Trade
Market access, standards and certification, auction and direct-sale mechanics, tariff and documentation practice.
Investment
Financing value addition, processing and packaging capital, joint ventures, agricultural risk.
Innovation
Processing technology, traceability, mechanisation, agronomy, climate adaptation in tea-growing regions.
Culture and consumption
Chinese and Kenyan tea traditions, branding, retail and speciality markets.
What makes a proposal easy to accept
- A specific claim or finding, not a company overview.
- Something you can evidence — data, a case, a transaction you were part of.
- A clear answer to "who in the room needs this and what do they do differently afterwards".
Sales presentations dressed as sessions are the one thing that reliably does not get accepted. If the goal is visibility, partnership and exhibiting are the honest routes to it.
Propose a session
Use the registration form and select Delegate, then describe your proposed session in the message field. A dedicated speaker form replaces this once the programme committee is in place.

Six categories, from delegate to exhibitor. Fees and deadlines are published once the secretariat confirms them.
